Our faceplate's reject label points at a moving band

I found the same faceplate labelled good in its box and scratched in the FR10 image folder; the bright band moves when it is reseated, so I have asked quality to check the actual part before we tune around that label.

Did quality identify why it was rejected? Our front photograph once carried a judgement about the back.
