How many FR5 pickup edits before we inspect the sleeve grip?

Our sleeve unloading has become less reliable and less square. More point nudges, same apparently stationary tray. I want the physical cause investigated before the program becomes a maintenance diary written in offsets.

When does the sleeve first lean: before contact, as the fingers close, or after lifting? Preserve the point history, but give maintenance that observation before choosing which assembly to blame.

It looks seated before contact and leans as the fingers close. Maintenance has the current finger-pair drawing and edit history. We have not established contact condition or fitted revision yet.

Compare the actual fitted contacts, backing pieces and mountings with that intended assembly. Does either finger show a different contact patch? It would be a clue for inspection, not permission to compensate with another point change.
