I've asked packaging to mark the actual packed-carton supports for our UR5e pattern, because the turned row crosses gaps reserved for finger withdrawal; I need the support and tool reviewers using the same section before we choose either arrangement

Keep the carton construction and layer revision attached to that section, including the lower layer and pallet support. If an alternative changes the count or adds a sheet, ask dispatch to describe the resulting full and partial-order work in the same comparison. A layout can be technically workable and still move a substantial job onto the operator; that is a tradeoff to price, not necessarily a reason to reject it.
