Our FR5 video shows a stopped block and misses the tray indication

I want to send a better report than another close-up of the stationary spacer block. The FR5 tray-unloading ticket has been open with the seller we used on Alibaba for 24 days. Our clip starts after the stop and never shows the preceding tray indication. Which details should maintenance capture together?
