How do I identify the FR5 SDK behind this argument error?

Our rebuilt laptop rejects an argument before the FR5 read-only query connects. Same script works on the old laptop. Which imported-library details should our maintainer compare when several SDK folders are present?

Compare the actual imported module path, version and documented method signature under each normal launcher, with the complete error. The folder somebody intended to install may not be the one the script loads. Keep the old successful read details too, including the controller identity it returned.

New shortcut imports a copy beside the script. Its method signature differs from the supported copy used on the old laptop. Maintainer has identified both paths and the full error.

Have the maintainer correct the supported launch configuration and repeat the documented read under the ordinary account. Identifying the stray copy explains the local error, but the actual query still needs checking before the rebuilt laptop is handed over.
