Bought against a drawing; received a different-looking interface - loading lightweight housings

I ordered Fairino FR10 from an unnamed seller in China after they confirmed a configuration against our fixture drawing. The delivered label has a different suffix, and the interface around the fixture alignment adapter looks different from that drawing. The seller says equivalent but hasn't provided a comparison. I've left our tooling unfitted and waited 10 days for clarification. The job is loading lightweight housings.

@BethBrooks0846 Do you've the seller's confirmation, delivered identification label, and fixture drawing available together? Comparing those would identify the discrepancy without assuming what the suffix means.

Yes. Their prepayment reply references our drawing, and the delivered identifier differs. My unpacking photos show the interface difference before we've fitted anything.
