My chuck-loading sheet measures projection but leaves the blank itself out

I can't tell whether our hand-loaded cylindrical spacer blanks differ or seat differently because the sheet only records how far they stick out; this is preparation for an FR5 loading proposal, with automatic loading still unauthorised, and I need a check the people preparing stock can actually repeat.

Measure identified blank lengths too, then compare repeated seating of one blank under the approved setup procedure.

I've asked quality to pair blank length with projection and retain each repeat, not just the range; that should separate between-blank variation from repeat seating variation without asking the operator to guess which one they're seeing.
