Our agreed fixture drawing left room beside the alignment adapter. The delivered package has a different label suffix and an extra shoulder occupying that space. Thirty-five days of equivalent replies, no comparison. Tooling is still unfitted; I need the seller and installer to address this actual arrangement.
Ask for the package-revision explanation and the complete interface comparison against your accepted drawing. Similar mounting holes would not answer the shoulder or the access it consumes.
Seller has acknowledged the different adapter and offered the originally agreed reference. Installer is checking that combination with the delivered package. The label-suffix explanation is still missing, so I have not treated the offer as the whole answer.
