I've spent 44 days asking our seller in China for the agreed pre-shipment recording: identifiable FR10 package, contact pads visible, and actual loading of the small inspection fixtures. The clip shows general movement. I can't identify our package or judge the sample handling, so I can't accept it as the agreed demonstration.

Can you return a short list matching each agreed observation to what the clip actually shows? Ask for visible package identification and a recording of the tooling, pickup and fixture placement. That gives the seller a specific outstanding request instead of another request for a better video.

I've sent that comparison. They have acknowledged the request, but there is still no recording that identifies our package and shows the contact pads doing the agreed handling. I'm keeping the demonstration unaccepted; an acknowledgement isn't the missing evidence.
