Our Fairino FR5 arm arrived from an unnamed seller in China, but the controller and the teach pendant cable are missing. I ordered a complete package for loading assembly fixtures.
The seller says those items shipped separately, yet hasn't supplied another reference in 38 days. I kept the crate and packing material.
