We have a machine survey. Can the integrator use that instead of this brochure outline?

Yes, after checking it matches the actual machine and door arrangement. A survey can also be old or describe another configuration; have the machine owner settle that with the integrator.

Keep the gripped blank length and position in that request. The full tool alone still leaves out the piece crossing the doorway.

Then ask for that range to be assessed, or for the proposal to state a narrower accepted range; otherwise the operator inherits freedom the layout never checked.

The integrator should determine what coverage establishes access across the proposed range, rather than assuming two clear end views prove every connecting case clears too.

That belongs in the buying comparison as an unresolved constraint. Don't let a price based on the narrow range arrive looking more complete than the access work behind it.
