Forty-five days with our bracket unfitted. Delivered FR5 suffix and interface differ from the confirmed drawing. Still only 'equivalent'.

Ask for the delivered assembly's identity and dimensional comparison against the drawing they confirmed. Your fixture designer needs that actual difference, not a promise that it is generally usable somewhere.

Designer has requested it directly. Their latest picture still hides the seating face.

Have they answered the designer yet? I would be impatient too, but I wouldn't let another sales reply choose a fixture change for you.

Drawing arrived. Extra shoulder blocks our bracket seating. Designer says it needs a different bracket.

Who pays for that bracket and its assessment? The seller can't call the configuration equivalent and quietly leave your workshop doing the design work needed to make it usable.

You can compare the modified arrangement if you choose, but keep it separate from supplying the confirmed configuration. Its new bracket, installation work and relevant checks need an actual proposal before it becomes the assumed solution.

Purchasing asked for the confirmed configuration. We aren't commissioning a replacement bracket.

Then ask them to identify what they would supply and how the delivered package would be returned. An agreement to discuss replacement is not yet a collection arrangement.

Seller offered return and refund. Purchasing accepted after checking the listed package and charges. Collection not booked yet.

Who owns the packing plan? With an arm involved, I wouldn't leave that as 'put it back in the box' from sales.

Our qualified installer is defining packing with their service contact. Package stays here until that and collection are arranged.
