Cannot carry our UR5e layer review across a shortened carton insert

Our combined UR5e pallet section used the old packed case. The proposed shortened internal insert changes where packaging requires support, and the turned row now bridges one of those areas. I cannot accept the inherited pattern while that construction change remains outside the tool-access review.
