Can the machine contact identify the exact door arrangement fitted? We had a borrowed model with the right machine name and the wrong handle. It was a surprisingly convincing distraction.

They checked the fitted door. Correct body model, missing its pull handle and opening stop; those are being added to the assembly.

Nadia, yes. We once had clearance for the installed fixture but no way to bring its lifting aid alongside. That got found before installation, thankfully. The first review had treated maintenance as somebody being able to stand nearby. Amy, show the setter the actual removal task and where the removed fixture goes. They may spot a problem without anyone needing to build a stand to discover it.

Fiona's last point is the bit I'd start with. Is there a fixed parking place for your fixture trolley, Amy?

Yes, beside the door opening. The proposed stand occupies part of it. Setter has rejected that position even before the completed clearance review.

That saves everyone polishing the wrong option. Can the supplier consider another position while keeping the trolley space marked in the model?

Jamie, maybe, but I'd keep manual unloading as a priced option too. Amy shouldn't have to redesign the whole bay just because one robot position has already acquired a drawing number.
