I received the arm crate from our Fairino FR5 order with an unnamed seller in China, shipped as consolidated freight. The separate crate assigned to the teach pendant package hasn't reached us. Tracking says delivered, but the receipt's package counts are unclear. I've spent 52 days asking for a trace of that specific crate without getting one. I need this for loading inspection trays.
