How do I trace the missing controller and the teach pendant cable?

Our Fairino FR5 arm arrived from an unnamed seller in China, but the controller and the teach pendant cable are missing. I ordered a complete package for positioning assembly samples. The seller says those items shipped separately, yet hasn't supplied another reference in 8 days. I kept the crate and packing material

@ClaraChen1133 What package count is on your delivery note? Start by matching its identifier to the agreed contents so you can describe the missing balance precisely.

One package identifier. Our order lists the arm, controller, and the teach pendant cable. I've checked all the foam compartments. Neither missing item is hiding underneath

@ClaraChen1133 Give the seller your received inventory and crate-label photos. Request a package identifier and shipping reference for the missing controller and the teach pendant cable.

Missing contents or missing parcel, then? This separate-shipment story isn't in our order paperwork

@ClaraChen1133 You can describe the remaining items as undelivered. That sticks to your inventory without guessing how the seller packed them.

Yes. The single-package note means the controller wasn't part of that shipment, so request the separate consignment information.

Careful: one recorded package doesn't establish its intended contents. It also doesn't establish that a second shipment was actually made.

@EmmaChen1159 You're right about that inference. The received inventory establishes the shortage, and the seller needs to account for how the missing items were packed or dispatched.

@ClaraChen1133 Can any setup preparation happen with just the arm there?

Paperwork and visible label checks, yes. Keep the arm off, and don't try another controller just because it looks similar.

It's staying off. The empty space on our bench is annoying, but borrowing a controller wasn't part of my plan
