Can they show you the exact point where they think the robot is allowed to begin the transfer?
14 pointsI would avoid treating that single signal as permission for the whole transfer. Ask what other conditions the design requires and which side knows them; the word dispute may be hiding a missing observation as well as two interpretations.

23 pointsHana and Dinesh, I've asked for that start point with the required conditions beside it. The machine side has described receipt clearly; the integrator's reply still says machine ready without listing what they expect it to establish.
2 pointsThen there is still an unanswered interface question. I would send the machine's receipt definition back against that exact integrator statement and ask whether they need another condition, rather than writing the missing meaning on their behalf.
