Detailed inspection-status logging now coincides with a stalled diagnostic display and busy folder. FR5 bench diagnostics, sample bracket reference, cell controls separate. Synchronous writing is my suspicion, not an established cause; how should I separate it from delayed communication?

Can you time data arrival, time waiting for file work, write duration and display update separately during a short comparison with the same input conditions and reduced optional logging, retaining failures rather than judging only whether the screen looks smoother?
