We had an adapter mismatch held at drawing review, and the drawing question alone took time to answer. I'd start by having your tooling person compare the complete supplied fingers with the tray, then ask for the agreed sample placement and withdrawal trial if the geometry is workable.
Can't plan training with fingers we haven't tried

I watched our plastic samples placed into the inspection tray during the seller's UR5e trial. It looked straightforward enough to start planning the operator session. Then the package arrived with wider fingers, and the seller said the old fingers were no longer available.
We've left the tool unfitted. I need more than 'same function' before teaching somebody this setup, especially with the narrow spaces between samples. What would you ask them to demonstrate with the actual supplied fingers?
