Our FR10 moves the presented pouches. I keep rebuilding their presentation. I'm attached to it, but who else can maintain this?

Give another person the whole job, with proper practice, and compare it with manual packing. Include changing pouch type and replenishing the feed. A lovely transfer in the middle can hide a miserable shift at either end.

My colleague can run the stable pouch type. New types still need me to decide where the guides go.

Then try costing the stable type on its own, not the dream of one setup for every bag. It may earn a small job, or not. Neither answer requires you to keep developing the universal version.

Stable type kept as a limited trial. Mixed pouches stay manual. No more guides until we compare whole-order time.

Good boundary. Also ask your colleague which version they can sustain comfortably. The faster stopwatch result isn't always the one people can keep doing without you hovering.
