I handed over the FR10 start sequence and left recovery with me

I have been thinking about how much assistance a smooth run can hide. On the FR10 sleeve-unloading job I programmed, operators can start the saved routine but need me at an empty pocket or interruption. I suspect I omitted recovery decisions from the handover. How should I establish what they need?

Take one actual interruption through with an operator and identify the decision they cannot make, then have the process and controls owners agree the evidence, approved recovery and escalation for that state; another demonstration of the normal start will not answer it.

The walkthrough found a real uncertainty about whether the sleeve had already been placed when the run stopped. I have passed that state to controls for a recovery design and kept the escalation with me meanwhile. Thank you, Nora; I was about to write a longer start-up sheet.
