I've retained the actual tray and marked pocket for this puck problem. It looks square before contact, then turns. Another pickup nudge is proposed. What should maintenance compare before we keep it?
Identify the first contact that moves the puck, then compare its support, the fitted pads and fingers, tool mounting and receiving arrangement with the intended setup. Keep the pickup versions. An apparently square top view can still hide uneven support underneath, so include the actual contact check before attributing the movement to the arm.
