I cannot approve our FR5 changeover check as written. The two connector-housing nests look similar, and I can seat either backwards in the base during a bench check. A recipe name on the screen does not tell me which bits are installed. How are people linking identity, orientation and proper seating?
We had matching labels on two inserts and still installed the wrong one. I'd ask tooling about preventing the wrong orientation, then controls about checking the installed identity against the recipe. Seating needs its own check too; a readable identifier doesn't mean the nest is down on its datums.
