Our FR5 cap-loading demonstration starts with a neat tray that somebody prepared off camera. The other candidate uses the workshop tray as received. Both place caps, but I'd like to compare the work before the stopwatch starts as well.

Who fills that neat tray, Mei? If it's your existing operator, ask for their preparation and empty-tray handling in the offer. The robot can be genuinely faster while the whole job asks more of the same person.
