Our polymer-housing transfer keeps getting another pickup tweak. The tray looks where it belongs, but the grip looks increasingly crooked. I want an inspection sequence before someone blames the FR10 or reteaches the lot... what evidence should survive that inspection?
Preserve the program changes, then have maintenance compare the fitted contacts, their mountings and the source seating against the intended arrangement under the inspection procedure; include identified housings, since a tray that looks stationary says little about how they sit in it.
I've retained the versions and stopped the casual nudges. Maintenance is taking the contact drawings and identified housings into the check. Nothing measured yet, so I'm withdrawing my earlier suggestion that the tray was definitely fine.
