Our UR5e layer plan rotates the boxes across gaps. Packaging wants their long edges supported. Tool review missing.

Have packaging mark the required support on a section through the actual packed layers, then get tooling to show its approach and withdrawal there; the top view is hiding the part of the disagreement that matters.
