Were these UR5e proposal bracket readings taken before the straightening check?

Our proposed bracket fixture uses old accepted dimensions as evidence, but a separate straightening-check operation sits before those readings; who should explain what happened to each piece between release and acceptance?

On an inherited job we found the inspection and fabrication records under different batch references. Start with the inspector and the person who ran that check, then see whether individual pieces can be matched through it. The final sheet alone may never contain the missing history.

Inspector found the batch cross-reference, but the straightening sheet only has one total for the batch; no individual bracket numbers.

Then you can explain the route without claiming a measured before-and-after result for each bracket. Does the proposed trial include the first released measurement as well as final acceptance?

And who checks those released pieces when the regular inspector is away?

Priya, first released measurements are now requested; Anika, quality is assigning a trained cover inspector before the trial method is issued.

Ask quality to state the support arrangement in that method too. Identifying the piece is useful, but two inspectors can still produce a confusing comparison if they support it differently.

Quality has agreed the support arrangement and cover; trial still waiting on current samples, so the old final dimensions remain acceptance history rather than evidence that correction disappears.
