I want the supplied pads compared with the sample trial before we fit them. Our UR5e arrived with a visibly different contact pattern, and the seller has spent eight days saying equivalent. We retained the assembly shells from the demonstration, with their appearance checks. What should the replacement-pad trial include?

Any explanation since? Compare those identified shells before pickup and after release with each complete pad arrangement.
