Cannot accept FR5 dispatch layers from a direction note beside empty rectangles

I want the actual filled-carton bearing regions, internal pack and full tool movement joined on our FR5 layer view; some rotated positions cross gaps, so what else needs resolving before that arrangement is accepted for dispatch?

Has packaging supplied those bearing regions yet, including the actual pallet and allowed partial loads?

They have now, and the current rotated row fails end support on our permitted short load even though the full layer meets the defined bearing requirement; the partial arrangement is explicitly rejected rather than hidden behind the full-layer result

What alternative is proposed for the short load, and has tooling assessed its release?

Packaging proposes a different partial-row arrangement and dispatch can accept its lower quantity, but the tool designer has not supplied the complete release result; it remains a candidate, not an approved exception operators should improvise

Please return with that result. The remaining question is specific now, not whether the full pallet looks tidy.
