I put the bracket into the FR10 inspection nest mock-up and it rocks between two corners. Next sample sits differently. The proposed answer is a stronger clamp, but I'd like the trainer to have a better explanation than push harder.
The drawing shows several pads and a side rail touching the part. What should I get our fixture designer and quality person to compare on the bench? Happy to spend on the right tooling. Less happy to spend twice.
Compare the actual contact points with the drawing datums using identified, checked brackets. Ask whether the side rail prevents a bracket reaching its locating pads. Include how the loader will recognise incomplete seating; otherwise the stronger clamp suggestion may return on the first awkward shift
