Can't approve this UR5e pattern while the carton ends bridge gaps

I'm reviewing a separate UR5e pallet option and the carton-end supports again miss the layer below when rotated; before I ask for another animation, which filled-case and tool views should packaging assess together so this comparison starts with the actual load?

Sections through the filled cases and lower-layer contacts, with the gripper opening and leaving. Ask packaging to mark what support this case needs; a general interlocking-pattern argument won't answer that.

Packaging has the current insert drawing and says one proposed upper-row position misses the required end support; tool supplier wants a wider gap there, so I've asked both to review a lower-count alternative

Has that alternative been drawn with the same tool, or are they also proposing a tool change? Keep the two decisions visible if both are moving.

Same proposed tool at present; alternative drawing L2 changes row spacing and orientation only, with its opening fingers shown, but packaging hasn't approved the support or handling trial yet

Then label L2 as under review wherever it goes. Someone forwarding a tidy drawing to purchasing can otherwise skip the whole unresolved conversation.
