Our FR5 accessory order specifies twelve kits with a locating block each. Box has seven blocks. Seller says twelve means assorted pieces. How do I present the shortage without another circular argument?
Have you got their final per-kit contents message? Put it beside the invoice unit and the received counts. Otherwise you'll keep talking about different meanings of twelve.
