Delivered plate has a raised shoulder absent from the accepted drawing. Seller says equivalent. Tooling remains unfitted. What should their technical comparison include before our installer reviews it?
Show both plate revisions with your actual tool assembly, including what the shoulder contacts or displaces. Ask for dimensions and access, not just a statement that the mounting holes agree.
Our tool drawing shows that shoulder entering the holder's rear clearance. Seller has the combined view now. They offered another plate but did not identify it.
Replacement drawing received. It matches the original shoulder-free arrangement. Installer accepted the proposed replacement for supply; actual receipt and dimensional check remain outstanding.
