I laid out our proposed UR5e pallet pattern using filled cartons from stores. The rotated cases bridge the spaces between the lower rows. Their end supports land partly in those spaces.
The tool designer uses the same gaps for finger clearance. We need a joint check before either drawing is approved. What should I prepare beyond this sample stack?

Bring the packaging specification and a full-size outline of the loaded tool, including its withdrawal space. The samples let everyone see the support issue, while the outline stops a revised arrangement looking workable simply because nobody has drawn the fingers.
