Our sleeve-transfer operators can start the FR5 job. Empty pocket, though, and I'm summoned. The handover explains a full tray beautifully and says nothing useful about a gap
What did the operator ask you at the last gap? I'd begin with their actual question. Easy to write another page of things you already know and still miss the reason they're calling.
Whether the empty pocket meant a sleeve was missing before start or had gone somewhere during the interruption. A sensible question. I couldn't answer from the display either
Then the handover needs a way to leave that sleeve uncertain until the responsible person checks it; a convenient skip instruction would lose the question the operator correctly raised.
We've taken that example to the cell owner. Operator explanation included. The draft now distinguishes a known empty starting pocket from an interrupted transfer we can't account for
That's a useful difference, but who can make the call when the evidence is incomplete? The draft needs somewhere to go besides Caleb's phone. And the screen may need work if both situations still look identical there.
Jack, agreed about the screen; I would have the next walkthrough include the uncertain example without telling the trainee in advance which answer we expect.
