Our uncommissioned FR5 camera plan labels moving bright streaks as scratches on brushed trim plates; how do I link a physical appearance decision to each retained region and then compare presentation without turning those early captions into the inspection requirement?
Use identified retained plates judged by quality under the agreed appearance method, then keep accepted finish and actual rejected regions in the same controlled comparison. My current trim review has those decisions but the holder test is still pending. That distinction matters: naming a groove correctly doesn't show the proposed camera will see it after reseating.
