One sealed cup, possibly two panels

I have the FR5 vacuum-tool bench report, and the seal on a single access panel looks fine. Our panels arrive stacked, sometimes clinging together. I still need an answer for how the panel is supported through transfer and how we know only one reaches the locating tray. I don't want to buy a successful seal test and discover the rest afterwards.

Did the bench test use a panel taken from your actual stack, or one the demonstrator handed to the tool?

Handed over individually. I've asked them to repeat from our packed supply, with the panel condition and separation step included, not just show another suction reading.

Good place to start. What happens to a suspected double panel in their proposed sequence? I would want that sketched before they start shopping for a sensor.

Their sequence had no suspected-double branch. We've now agreed that anything uncertain goes for manual review before placement, with the affected stack stopped for investigation. Tooling is designing the separation and single-panel check together; the original quote is no longer being treated as complete.

When you see the next demonstration, watch the far edge through the whole transfer too. A panel can seal at the cups and still sag where the receiving tray needs it supported
