A second pallet review: I need the rotated cartons checked together

I raised a component-case layout yesterday; this is an FR5 warehouse arrangement for sealed corrugated shipping cartons. Same reason for caution, different load. The alternating pattern turns some cartons across gaps despite their preferred support direction. How do I keep packaging's support decision attached to tooling's release check?

Use one identified layer revision for both reviews, and mark the turned positions; otherwise two reasonable comments can concern different arrangements.

That's the coordination problem I meant. I know the plan view is insufficient. Would you also put partial layers on that drawing, or leave them to the operating procedure?

Include the allowed partial conditions in the review, even if the operating instruction is separate; an interrupted build still has to be supported.

I've included the partial-layer question with the rotated positions. Packaging wants to assess filled cartons before accepting support, and tooling has the same revision for withdrawal review. No approved arrangement yet, but they are finally commenting on the same thing.

That sounds like the right meeting to have; leave the original pattern unapproved until both sets of outstanding conditions have answers.
