Where is the separate controller shipment for my complete UR5e package?

I ordered a complete UR5e package for assembly-fixture loading. The arm arrived without the controller or teach pendant cable. The seller says those went separately, but twenty-one days of requests have produced no second reference. I retained the crate and packing material; I need an item-specific shipping answer, not another copy of the arm delivery status.

Send the order scope and received inventory together. Ask them to allocate the controller and cable to a named consignment, including the evidence of collection.

What does your delivery receipt actually count, and does the packing list describe one crate or several? That could distinguish an incomplete receipt from a claimed second dispatch.

One crate on the receipt, one received. Packing list describes the complete package but doesn't allocate its items to crates. The arm's label agrees with the order, which doesn't answer where the other hardware is.

Keep the controller and cable both named. A controller-only answer could leave the cable unexplained again.

Has anyone accepted ownership of tracing that claimed second shipment, rather than merely forwarding your question back to sales?

And don't book a commissioning date from the separate-shipment claim alone. The planning record can recognise the received arm while keeping the complete installation unavailable.

Sales has passed it to their logistics contact, who has acknowledged both missing items. They haven't provided dispatch evidence. Our plan now says arm received, controller and cable unlocated; no start date inferred from that.

Did logistics say the goods are at a known location, or only that they are investigating? Those can look much the same in a short translated reply.

Only investigating. I asked them to identify the last physical handover and the packages involved. Nothing in their answer locates the controller yet.

That answers it. I nearly read acknowledged as found when I skimmed your update, thanks for clarifying.

Keep the next response due from logistics visible to purchasing; the trace is now owned, but the shortage remains unresolved.
