Our brass blank reaches the tray in the drawing. Open fingers and the mill door are missing. What exactly are we accepting here?

Not a complete removal route yet. Has the tool supplier given the actual held and open shapes, or is whoever drew this still waiting for them?

Waiting for them. Supplier sent a closed tool outline, no held blank position either.

Ask for the grip depth with that blank position; I missed different depths in two side views recently, and they were not really showing the same assembly.

Where does the blank go after leaving the machine? The receiving arrangement belongs in that same check, including release. A clear doorway won't help if the fingers can't leave the tray.

Luis, receiving tray is now included. Callum, purchasing has the hold. Open fingers overlap its rim in the completed view.

Then the receiver or tool proposal needs another look, but don't assume the tray can move or change without the loader having a say.

Toolmaker proposes different fingers. Loader wants the existing tray retained. No accepted replacement design yet.

Will those fingers change the held blank position Jamie asked about? Keep the machine route in the next comparison too; fixing the tray end can change the other end of the job.
