Have packaging assess the packed carton in that incomplete layer. Give the integrator the same section for tool entry and release. A complete-layer approval cannot answer what happens when the order ends there.
Then show the revised build sequence through each stopping point, not just its final picture. The alternative may help, but the combined review still needs to explain how cartons are placed and the tool gets away.
