Our purchase includes a sample-handling demonstration with the agreed adapter. The seller sent general FR10 motion, no readable identifiers and no clear view of the sample being released. I cannot tell whether it is our package. What should the replacement recording show so we can actually review the agreed test?
Ask them to show the equipment identifiers, adapter and samples before following the same setup through the test. I would list the missing views beside the original agreement.
I've done that. They sent separate label photos, but the movement clip is unchanged. The release remains hidden behind the fixture and I still cannot link the setup to those photos.
Replacement clip now links the identifiers to the tooling and shows release. The samples appear different from ours, so I have asked what was used before accepting the demonstration.
Did they run out of the supplied samples, or decide theirs were close enough? I'd want that answered. We've had a very watchable demo quietly become a different test halfway through.
Owen, keep the sample question open until they answer. Better camera work helps you see the test; you still need the agreed parts or an accepted substitute.
