I'm reviewing a separate UR5e pallet proposal after the gap disagreement I posted about on the FR10 work. Here the carton has support strips underneath, and rotating a layer puts some over gaps. What should packaging check before I accept the tool supplier's proposed pattern?
Ask packaging to review the loaded carton construction against the actual support beneath each orientation, with the tool shown during placement and release. We had to withdraw our own approval request when that loaded construction was finally added to the drawing.
They're reviewing the two layers together now. The tool supplier had assumed a flat, evenly loaded base, so I've sent the support-strip section and packed sample details. No approval requested until they've compared the same arrangement.
