Only the arm arrived from our complete FR5 package. Controller and teach pendant cable missing. Seller says separately shipped for 23 days, no second reference. Packing retained. How do I get both located?
Request identifiers and contents for the claimed separate shipment, the receiving carrier or forwarder and evidence of physical handover. Put the controller and pendant cable on the missing list individually; controller sent could otherwise become an answer that forgets the cable.
They sent a photograph of a controller beside a cable. No package mark or handover record. I've asked whether these are assigned to our order and where they physically are.
Keep that photograph as packing or identification evidence only until they explain it. It does not establish shipment, and your retained arm crate does not account for the two missing items.
