I'm planning thirty-nine packed cartons into dispatch lanes with FR10 vacuum tooling. Supplier showed one smooth sample; incoming seams, print and board vary. What comparison should I request before accepting that demonstration as a workable concept?
Some seams cross them, and one board surface is rougher than the demo. Packaging selected identified packed examples with the supplier; retention and release checks are agreed, but the comparison has not been run.
