Our planned placing machined components in changeover fixtures with Fairino FR5 in a precision parts inspection area uses interchangeable nest inserts. The insert for a rigid connector housing looks almost like another family insert and appears able to fit backwards. We're reviewing this before automated use.
I need a check that connects the installed tooling to the recipe, not just a nicer label.
Can the reversed insert reach the intended seat, according to the drawings? Check that first, alongside which insert revision the recipe expects.
