The cartons fit. Their preferred bearing direction doesn't match the alternating pattern. Some sit over gaps. I want packaging and gripper access checked together before we call this layout finished. Who normally owns that combined review?
One person needs to coordinate it, but they won't replace packaging's load assessment or tooling's access work. I'd ask your project lead to name that coordinator and use a shared drawing revision. I can't tell from here whether the gaps are acceptable; the packed-carton requirements need to be shown, not inferred from the tidy top view.
