I like the price of a refurbished FR5 for our puck transfer, but inspected is doing a lot of work in the listing. I've seen a sticker and a short motion clip. Before paying for collection, I want to know what's been inspected on the actual package and what still needs assessing for our job.
Ask for the identified arm and controller package, refurbishment work and inspection results with any limitations, then have a competent assessor agree what else is needed; the clip may help identify the unit, but I would not treat it as a condition assessment or a puck-handling trial.
Thanks Naomi. They sent the package labels but say the inspection was their workshop's usual check. No sheet yet. I've asked them to describe that check before I book an assessor or a van.
Keep the assessor's proposed scope separate from the seller's eventual answer, so the assessor can identify what remains unverified rather than simply repeat a routine nobody has described.
