Our Fairino FR5 arrived from an unnamed seller in China in a crate with a crushed corner and shifted internal supports. I can see damage near the pendant enclosure. We bought it for transferring inspection trays; I haven't powered it. I've photographed the delivery and kept the packaging, but the seller's reply just says to switch it on.
