A separate UR5e housing job has joined our collection of pickup corrections. I checked where the lean starts this time: the housing sits square in its pocket and tips as the fingers take it. The tray locating arrangement is not the removable-pocket one I asked about elsewhere.
I want maintenance looking at the fitted contacts and the housing faces before another point is moved. Anything useful to compare while we still have the affected part?
Compare that housing with an accepted one at the actual gripping faces, and check which fitted contact touches first. Keep the finger references and mounting condition with the comparison. A square-looking seat doesn't rule out a raised edge where the fingers meet it
